Description
• Design and manage data management workstreams to process, integrate and curate datasets from across commercial data sources • Leverage relevant tools and platforms to design models and processes to support deriving actionable insights • Validate and curate data to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data management and governance strategies • Develop and maintain documentation of data provenance, management and consumption pipeline, including data mapping, data transformation, and data validation steps, to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of processes • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data linkage, data management, and data analysis, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field • At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial data management, data analytics and data science • Ideally experience in pharma industry and / or with pharma commercial data sets • Prior experience in data integration, and data analysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting • Strong technical skills, including prior experience in SQL (ideal), Python (preferred), and other data processing tools and languages • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences with high proficiency in English
