• Collaborating with Omnichannel, sales force excellence, marketing colleagues, brand managers et al to interpret the key business questions and relevant outcomes / insights to support efficient and effective Omnichannel strategy and operations • Designing and executing appropriate analysis to best address the business needs. Some of the use cases could be to determine the impact of analog (sales force driven) and digital efforts (e.g., website, newsletters, social etc.), establish benchmarks, identify opportunities for optimization etc. • Design, develop, and operationalize appropriate solutions and KPIs etc. as agreed and aligned upon to address the key business needs • Coordinating and delivering deliverables and ad hoc analyses as required by Commercial Development stakeholders • Leverage relevant tools and platforms to design analytical models and processes; Design and lead implementation of analytics algorithms / data processing workflows to support the analysis • Work with local and global colleagues to solve issues with current deliverables and support enhancements • Actively identify relevant technical / analytical training needs and leverage learning opportunities available both internally within Viatris and outside
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, or related field • 3 - 5 years of experience in data analytics and data science within Pharma Commercial space or agency in an SFE role with exposure to, including but not limited to, statistical modeling, multi-variate regression, predictive modeling, machine learning algorithms etc. • Strong prior knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms • High business acumen with ability to manage multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a very fast-paced environment • Strong problem-solving skills to solve and model complex business requirements • Strong communication & presentation skills; Ability to communicate complete problems and solutions effectively to business stakeholders • Advanced knowledge of English • Significant hands-on experience in: statistical modeling and analysis at least couple of analytical tools and languages (R, Python, KNIME, Alteryx etc.) developing complex analytical solutions aimed at multi-channel / omni-channel ecosystem within Pharma commercial; including but not limited to Campaign Analytics, Multi-channel attribution, Promotion Response Modeling, Multi-Channel mix optimization, Next Best Action etc.
