📋 Description
• Manage a panel of clients providing evidence-based assessment and treatment plans • Configure Vida Coach calendar for scheduling and maintain regular contact with clients • Develop and update clinical treatment plans in collaboration with members • Utilize integrated CBT content for psychoeducation • Track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner • Set goals in the Vida app for member accountability • Engage in discharge planning upon conclusion of therapy • Respond to crisis situations and assess program eligibility • Communicate with Lead about client concerns and treatment progress • Collaborate with other Vida providers on treatment plans • Maintain records of interactions with clients • Submit documentation within 24 hours of any session • Comply with state licensing and HIPAA regulations • Attend meetings and participate in training • Review and follow department policies and procedures • Meet provider level metrics • Serve as Care Navigator for short-term consultations • Provide after hours/on-call coverage as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bilingual in English/Spanish • Doctoral or Master’s degree in psychology or related field • Fully Independent State License to practice psychotherapy • Experience in cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness • Interest in technology solutions in client care • Knowledge of evidence-based practices for depression and anxiety • Familiarity with video therapy and cloud-based apps • 2+ years’ experience as a fully independent psychotherapist • Knowledge of treatment planning and crisis response • Fluency in Spanish
