• Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems • Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system • Receive and promptly service customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization and general product knowledge • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times • Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing) • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce • Courteous customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure • Excellent computer skills with general PC /Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge • Ability to multi-task • Working knowledge of Shopify a plus • Must have functioning internet provider and personal computer available
