β’ Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems β’ Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system β’ Receive and promptly service customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization and general product knowledge β’ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times β’ Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns
