Description

β€’ Work with order release and fulfilment systems in Shopify and proprietary systems. β€’ Maintain and execute return processing through integrated system. β€’ Receive and promptly service customer calls and emails regarding all aspects of the sales order process, return goods authorization and general product knowledge. β€’ Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. β€’ Communicate with brand management regarding issues or concerns.

Requirements

β€’ Strong communication skills with fluency in English (speaking, reading, writing). β€’ 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in ecommerce. β€’ Courteous customer service skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. β€’ Excellent computer skills with general PC /Mac and Microsoft Office knowledge. β€’ Ability to multi-task. β€’ Working knowledge of Shopify a plus. β€’ Must be able to work eastern standard schedule 40-hour week, including Monday through Friday split schedules and alternating Sundays. β€’ Must have functioning internet provider and personal computer available.
