Requirements
• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI/UX or product design. • Self-motivation and adaptability to a changing project landscape. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments. • Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Experience working with remotely dispersed teams. • A collaborative mindset. • Portfolio of design projects. • Comfortable working with Figma. • Comfortable working with design libraries. • Experience performing user testing and usability analysis. • Working knowledge of Lean UX design principles. • Working knowledge of frontend languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript). • Strong design vision communication skills. • Being open to feedback but also able to push back when advocating for the user.
