Description

•We are looking for a motivated, organized, flexible individual to work as a Client Architect Workplace (m/f/d) in our IT Service team. •This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our organization where you will be creating an impact by taking care of Viessmann devices and work in an amazing team. •Managing Windows fleet of more than 8000 devices worldwide •Supporting our customers in the digital transformation •Supporting the commissioning of new systems via Microsoft Autopilot / Intune •Packaging and distribution of software packages in the Intune environment •Being 2nd Level Support as well as automating and further development of services and processes •Scaling of IT systems to reduce costs or load management •Supporting the service processes, especially customer impact prevention and problem analysis

Requirements

•Completed IT training, degree or similar •Proven experience in the application support and programming languages (preferably Powershell or other Scripting) •Good knowledge of Windows administration •Good understanding of business and production processes •Preferably experience in Microsoft Autopilot / Intune •Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
