Description

• Viewber is a Prop-Tech company providing property professionals with outsourced viewing services. • Responsibilities include managing the 'unassigned' mailbox, daily planner, and team performance. • Requires commuting for in-person events once a quarter.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working from home • 2+ years of continuous service in Performance Management; managing a team and their KPI’s and SLA’s, in a remote working environment. • Level 2 English (or equivalent) AND Level 2 Math's (or equivalent) AND Level 3 in any subject • Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills • Strong decision-making skills • A calm and professional telephone manner • Fluency in English – both verbal and written • Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech’ company • Personal qualities: Someone who is happy and able to work from home productively • Someone with a “can do” positive attitude • Someone who can multi-task and prioritise their workload well in a fast-paced environment • Someone who is happy to pick up the phone and build rapport quickly
