Description

• Senior PKI Software Engineer needed to maintain and enhance Publicly-Trusted Certification Authority platform. • Strong solutions development, coding, unit testing, and communication skills expected. • Read and implement specifications like IETF RFC-5280. • Build and maintain microservices created with Java and the Spring Framework. • Assist in customer escalations from support and Platform Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience. • Experience building, deploying, and maintaining fault tolerant backend solutions in a general programming language. • Experience building applications utilizing relational databases such as MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, or SQL Server and non-relational databases such as Mongo, Redis, etc. • Strong object-oriented coding skills in multiple languages. • Security conscious design and implementation. • Careful attention to detail when implementing solutions. • Experience working with Agile teams, tools, and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, IntelliJ, GitLab, etc.) • Knowledge of the security industry, specifically around PKI Engineering Solutions. • Experience building user interfaces with a Front-End framework such as Angular, React, and/or PHP. • Thorough knowledge of the English language to read, understand, and implement solutions that meet very specific technical requirements. • Experience working in Linux server environment. • Experience working with Hardware Security Modules for key generation and signing. • Technical understanding and prior experience with DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and other Internet Protocols.
