• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Work with corporate and shared service providers to define metrics and KPIs for service delivery quality and performance. • Reinforce a strong service culture by balancing the needs of day-to-day IT needs, service optimization, automation and long-term company initiatives. • Support discovery activities with operational and clinical teams to ensure performance and availability needs are met. • Define and execute the operating model to drive quality, performance, and customer and stakeholder satisfaction. • Contribute to strategic plans and innovation ideas for exploring new technologies in corporate operations. • Manage Enterprise-wide MDM solutions for mobile and Apple devices.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience in an IT Engineering/Desktop Engineering role supporting large deployments. • 3 years as a Lead/Manager. • Expert level knowledge of SCCM (Deployment, Image management, Patch Management) • Expert-level knowledge of Intune (Deployment, Image management, Patch Management) • Experience in implementing effective and innovative software development and delivery methodologies and solutions • Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established timeframes and deadlines. • An ability to think outside the box and find the best solutions to complex/challenging problems • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or Computer Science • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Proficient in one or more modern, general-purpose scripting languages (python, powershell, bash, etc) • Proficient understanding of networking (firewalls, routers, wifi, security, etc)
