📋 Description

• The Workday Procurement Senior Systems Analyst role requires an established change agent • This role operates and enhances ERP applications supporting VillageMD’s Financial processes within Workday • Sound Workday understanding that can be applied in high-level process conversations and in granular configuration discussions • Consistently seeks and finds process or technical inefficiencies and openly advises the area team on possible enhancements • Lead and advise functional teams on best practices, impacts, solutions, and work roadmap • Troubleshooting and resolving Financial systems production support issues timely and with exceptional customer service • Continually analyzing, maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting Financial Systems • Developing, processing, and maintaining reports for Finance Administrators and Users • Analyzing the business needs of stakeholders to recommend the appropriate application or design to address those needs • Ensuring thorough documentation of requirements, conceptual design, and end-to-end processes • Identifying and taking on opportunities to enhance the end-user experience • Supporting Financial System upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned • Load mass transactions through the use of EIBs • Support day-to-day operations including daily support through Workday case management

🎯 Requirements

• Five+ years of experience working with Workday Financial Systems – preferably in Healthcare • Ability to collaborate with and advise functional stakeholders, end users, and leads on configurations and solutions within Workday Financial Systems • Proven driver of projects during the design, build, implementation, and stabilization phases • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Systems, or Finance preferred - equivalent experience accepted • Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills • Must exhibit initiative and passion for outstanding results • Must demonstrate intellectual curiosity • Flexible and adaptable nature to work in a continuously evolving environment • Must be a team player and provide superior customer support • Business area knowledge with an understanding of Financial processes and data • Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and informal communication skills
