Description

• Design and lead the execution of serialization project plans. • Engage with pharmaceutical clients to understand their business processes and serialization challenges. • Architect end-to-end serialization solutions tailored to the specific needs of the client. • Lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of serialization solutions. • Ensure successful delivery of serialization projects. • Create and maintain detailed solution architecture documents and guides. • Provide expert-level troubleshooting during solution deployment and post-go-live support. • Conduct training sessions for clients on the serialization system. • Qualify customer serialization requirements and identify innovative solutions. • Develop user guides, white papers, manuals, and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems. • At least 5 years of serialization experience leading and directing customer-facing serialization projects. • Pharmaceutical experience is required. • Subject matter expertise in pharmaceutical product serialization, track and trace (EPCIS, GS1, etc.). • Experience in customer-facing solution delivery with strong communication skills, presentation skills and project management skills. • Demonstrated ability to coach and work effectively with teams.
