Description

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that drive personalization across various customer touchpoints, enhancing the overall user experience. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to integrate ML solutions that optimize marketing strategies and sales performance. • Innovate and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and technologies, ensuring our solutions remain at the cutting edge of the industry. • Analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform the development of targeted marketing campaigns and personalized customer experiences. • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet business objectives and scalability requirements. • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services. • Mentor and collaborate with other engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role, with a focus on personalization, sales, and marketing. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. • In-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art algorithms and paradigms in machine learning, particularly in recommendation systems, predictive modeling, and customer segmentation. • Experience working with large-scale data processing frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, or similar. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable ML infrastructure. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
