β€’ Answer customer calls and provide information β€’ Resolve customer issues and update accounts β€’ Guide customers through troubleshooting and de-escalate situations β€’ Handle inquiries via telephone and email β€’ Maintain confidentiality and document call information

Requirements

β€’ High school education or equivalent β€’ 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment handling high volume of calls β€’ 3-5 years customer service experience β€’ Employee benefits experience preferred (enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, billing) β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required β€’ Data entry and typing skills required β€’ Fluency in more than one language (bilingual) is a plus
