📋 Description

• Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for accounting and financial consulting. • Consult, troubleshoot, and workshop accounting processes within Quickbooks and Filevine. • Oversee onboarding and implementation of financial software including Quickbooks, Bill.com & Expensify. • Guide clients through process development, change management, and best practices for internal financial operations. • Support the core accounting team on client projects, including month-end close, reconciliations, and tech stack syncing issues and reconciliations between different tech systems. • Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations. • Facilitate knowledge transfer, ensuring clients understand financial workflows and tools effectively. • Work cross-functionally with both internal teams and clients to optimize financial processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Client-facing experience with a strong ability to manage relationships and communicate financial concepts effectively. • A background in accounting, with public or corporate accounting experience, is preferred. • CPA exam passed (preferred but not required). • Strong understanding of core accounting functions, including financial review, reconciliations, and internal controls. • Experience in auditing, financial reporting, and transitioning clients into new Fintech tools such as but not limited to QuickBooks, Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, Divvy, and Gusto/Justworks. • Exceptional Excel skills and ability to analyze financial data efficiently.
