Description
• As a Marketing Data and Automation Specialist, crucial role in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance business performance. • Manage and maintain data integrity within Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot platforms. • Utilize Salesforce and Pardot analytics tools to generate insights into campaign performance. • Design, implement, and optimize marketing automation workflows within Pardot. • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop audience segmentation strategies. • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the platforms.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field. • Proven experience (5 years) working with Salesforce (SFDC) and Pardot platforms (or similar solutions i.e. Marketo), with demonstrated expertise in data management, analytics, and automation. • At least 3 years of experience working in a Marketing Team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive business growth and marketing effectiveness. • Ideally relevant certifications in Salesforce and/or Pardot (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Pardot Specialist) preferred.
