📋 Description
• Support and maintain our existing ~100-user Salesforce org on a day-to-day basis • Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with CRM systems and integration elements as they arise • Design and build custom reports & dashboards to track new and existing KPIs • Build new user workflows to automate new and existing business processes • Document, maintain, and update business & technical processes and customisations • Maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external applications • Take ownership of data quality – from managing data import requests to performing data cleansing, deduplication, optimisation, and identifying process improvements to ensure our data remains as clean
