📋 Description
• Serves as primary IS liaison to the business area to ensure overall expectations are met or exceeded for all IS Application Service needs. • Responsible for understanding and documenting business needs as well as recommending appropriate IS solutions. • Maintains operational workflow documentation. • Provides 24x7 on-call operational support for the team’s portfolio of applications. • Capable of managing external IS vendor relations for up to 5-7 business and/or clinical applications. • Manages 3-5 small/medium business projects employing IS Project Management Methodology, Tools and Templates.
🎯 Requirements
• Pharmacy Technicians and Epic certified analysts preferred! • Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Epic Willow Inpatient Certification preferred. • Strongly prefer applicants to have a clinical background/knowledge in Pharmacy and or other clinical environment. • Experience with Pharmacy third party systems is a plus. • Applicable Epic Certification(s) for application(s) supported must be achieved within 6 months of hire date.
