📋 Description
• Passionate about Finance Automation, cutting-edge FinTech, and ensuring seamless cash flow. • Work collaboratively with the VP Finance & Operations, the RevOps team, and finance & engineering professionals. • Own accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, payment processing, and customer account reconciliation. • Improve cash collection processes, ensuring payments are received and allocated correctly. • Support monthly closing process by ensuring AR transactions are properly recorded and reconciled. • Collaborate with Automation Engineers to simplify processes towards AI-driven Finance. • Assist in implementing automation projects to improve billing and collections efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field. • 1-2+ years of work experience in Finance, FinTech or a similar relevant role. • Strong understanding of invoice processing, collections, and cash application. • Hands-on experience with finance systems (e.g., Netsuite, Stripe, Salesforce) is a plus. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-growing, and international environment. • Technical skills & affinity with system automation (RPA, Python, SQL, etc); Experience/ affinity with our systems (Netsuite, Salesforce, Stripe).
