• Als Onboarding Consultant DACH & International spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle für das Wachstum und die Weiterentwicklung von Virtuagym. • Du trägst dazu bei, unsere Kund:innen aktiv einzubinden und zu motivieren. • Ein guter Start ist die halbe Miete – daher sorgst du dafür, dass neue Kund:inen den Mehrwert unserer Software so schnell wie möglich erkennen. • Mit deinem offenen Ohr und deiner Begeisterung gibst du maßgeschneiderte Ratschläge.
🎯 Requirements
• Erste Erfahrung in der Kund:innenkommunikation, z. B. im Callcenter, Gastgewerbe oder Eventmanagement. • Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprache) und Englisch. • Du baust leicht Beziehungen zu Menschen auf. • Du fühlst dich wohl damit, eigenverantwortlich und mit viel Freiheit zu arbeiten, bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. • Du bist ein:e echte:r Problemlöser:in mit ausgeprägtem Einfühlungsvermögen. • Du lernst schnell und bist technik-affin. • Du besitzt starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und gutes Zeitmanagement und kannst über den Tellerrand hinausdenken.
