📋 Description
• Regularly check in with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns. • Take initiative and create sales leads and pipeline • Handle customer service questions confidently and professionally, primarily over the phone. • Take client calls when the Account Manager is out of the office. • Manage texting, emailing, and follow-up communications. • Assist with the live chat feature to answer customer questions in real-time. • Assist with other administrative activities such as maintaining Google Sheet trackers and creating presentations and spreadsheets. • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the Account Manager in their daily activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as an Sales Assistant or similar • Experience in B2B Lead Generation and Outreach • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
