📋 Description
• Lead product initiatives impacting thousands of students. • Own specific product features from initial concept through launch and iteration. • Analyze user feedback and usage data to identify key insights and improvement opportunities. • Conduct user interviews and research to deeply understand pain points and user needs. • Create detailed product specifications and requirements for the engineering team. • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive user experiences. • Define success metrics for product features and track performance post-launch. • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders on requirements and priorities. • Create and maintain accessible product documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• 1+ years of product management experience (internship or full-time). • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. • Skilled at documenting decisions and communicating them to diverse audiences. • Understanding of basic web technologies to communicate effectively with engineers. • Experienced with product management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.). • Ability to create clear user stories, product specs, and flowcharts. • Understanding of principles of user experience design and usability testing. • Proficient with SQL and comfortable analyzing data to make product decisions. • Comfortable with analytics tools to track product performance.
