Description

• We are scaling fast, and we’re looking for a dynamic, resourceful, and ambitious intern to help power our talent acquisition machine over the next months. • This position will be a stipend-based, full-time, 3-month internship with the potential to become long-term. • You'll get hands-on experience in everything from sourcing talent to refining employer branding strategies, working side-by-side with a global team shaping the future of education and work! • Smart-Screening Candidates: You’ll learn the secret behind how to effectively screen candidates with cutting-edge techniques. • Attracting Top Talent: Implement creative strategies across various channels to attract a high volume of quality candidates. • Employer Branding: Collaborate with our team to continuously refine our employer branding. • Data Management and Performance Tracking: Track candidate pipelines, manage recruitment data, and provide weekly reports on performance. • Hands-On Recruitment Projects: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager and the Head of People Operations. • Global Recruitment Exposure: Learn the unique dynamics of global labor markets.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate or final-year student, available for full-time work for the next three months. • Interest in Talent Acquisition and a passion for connecting people. • Excellent communication skills in English (you don’t need an IELTS, but if you did it would be 7.0+). • Highly organized with a natural eye for detail. • You stand out from the crowd if: • You have previous internship experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, admin, or operations. • You’re familiar with job boards, ATS platforms, or CRMs. • You’ve studied abroad or worked in a global environment.
