Description
• Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform • Implement solutions for Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog • Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems • Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow functionality • Create and maintain technical documentation • Collaborate with teams to define requirements • Configure and manage the ServiceNow CMDB • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing • Monitor platform performance and suggest enhancements • Participate in platform upgrades
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with ServiceNow platform • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and upgrades • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM and HRSD • Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide) • Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs) • Familiarity with ITIL processes • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (preferred) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong project management and organizational skills
