Description

• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant. • Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. • Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and provide expert guidance. • Design and develop custom applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. • Implement solutions in areas like Incident Management and Change Management. • Develop custom workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI actions. • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow platform functionality. • Create and maintain technical documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. • Configure and manage the ServiceNow CMDB. • Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing. • Monitor platform performance and suggest enhancements. • Participate in platform upgrades and ensure smooth transitions. • Provide training and support for end-users and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow platform in a consulting role. • Proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations and upgrades. • Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and SecOps. • Proficiency in ServiceNow development including scripting, UI policies, and workflow automation. • Experience with integration tools and methodologies (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.). • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other ServiceNow certifications (preferred). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong project management and organizational skills.
