Description

• Help ensure clients are utilizing the best possible Workday solutions. • Design, build, test, and deploy integration solutions while supporting Workday configurations. • Develop, configure, test, and deploy integrations solutions for customers. • Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and deliver tailored Workday solutions. • Create detailed system interface specifications, field mapping, and system process designs. • Manage integration deliverables across multiple projects and maintain timelines. • Troubleshoot issues, track risks, and escalate concerns to project management. • Guide clients on integration strategies and Workday best practices. • Mentor and coach team members on Workday integration development. • Engage in the sales cycle to help scope integration projects. • Support functional configurations for Workday business processes and provide technical expertise.

Requirements

• Min of 5+ years of Workday Integrations developmental experience. • Strong understanding of Workday Modules (eg., HCM, Payroll) • 5 years of combined experience developing and delivering technical solutions in a corporate environment. • 5+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware); • Experience leading Integration design, and Process alignment • Experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment; • Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality; • Proven ability to map HR or Business needs to workday functionality; • Proven Experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint; • Proven ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams including business users and other technology teams; • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
