• VirtualResource (VR) is a boutique consultancy supporting companies to optimise their HR systems and Workday . • We strive to be the go-to company that partners with businesses to optimise their HR technology landscape. • Our people are our most important asset. • We recognise the need for a committed, skilled and loyal team and strive to create a working environment that is flexible, caring and considerate of all needs. • We attract the best people and reward them appropriately. • Staff development and upskilling are core to what we do. • We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultants with Prism experience to help ensure our clients are utilizing the best possible Workday solution specifically with the development of advanced reports. • This role will be responsible for creating custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer, maintaining report libraries, and ensuring accuracy and consistency of data. • This role will work closely with client stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop reports that provide meaningful insights and analysis, sharing data and insights in line with our privacy and data governance practices. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs. • Understand business processes and have the ability to translate that knowledge into actionable insights in reports. • Create custom reports and analytics using Workday report writer. • Prioritize incoming reporting requests and other work to ensure client needs are met. • Analyze report data and provide significant insights and analysis to stakeholders. • Help to develop and maintain a data dictionary. • Deliver training and support to end-users on how to run and interpret reports, when needed. • Stay ahead of with Workday's latest reporting features and functionality. • As a VR consultant, you will have the flexibility to manage your own day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. • Good communication skills and time management is essential for this role.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Workday report writing (advanced reporting, matrix reporting, composite reporting, and calculated fields). • BIRT reporting a plus • Extensive experience with Workday Prism , including data preparation, data transformation, and visualization within the Workday platform • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, or related modules to integrate Prism with other Workday solutions. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data and reporting • Excellent planning, interpersonal and time management skills with a track record of following through on dedications • Relevant certifications in Workday Prism or other Workday Modules
