Description

• Vise is seeking an Investment Operations Specialist to manage onboarding and internal operations • Collaborate with Client Success, Investment Operations, and Finance teams • Support daily processes for reconciling client account data • Resolve account issues at custodians and on the Vise platform • Create and optimize internal processes for data collection and onboarding

Requirements

• Minimum of two to four years of experience in a financial services operations role • Experience working in middle and back office operations supporting SMAs for clients of registered investment advisors (RIAs) and/or broker-dealers • Familiar with RIA custodian platforms such as Schwab and Fidelity • Experience with Advent Portfolio Exchange (APX) for portfolio accounting and reporting • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint tools - Python and SQL a plus
