🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Delivery Manager • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives • Experience in IT Pharma industry • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Subject matter expertise in AI • Features to own: • AI-assisted content generation (regulatory-friendly drafts) • AI powered decomposition engine (split assets into modules) • Automated compliance risk detection (pre-MLR review screening) • Auto-tagging claims to references (linking medical sources) • Content localization & adaptation (multi-market compliance) • MLR workflow automation (streamlining review cycles) • AI-powered content performance analytics (predicting approval success)
