Description

• Meet and connect with Clients of respective products to better understand their needs, expectations, goals & challenges. • Understand and localize (or create if it does not exist): Viseven value proposition, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), Customer segmentation, Problems we solve, and Persona profile we best serve specifically for APAC Markets. • Co-create with APAC Sales & Global Marketing an APAC Marketing strategy & action plan to tackle the two main objectives of “Industry-wide Brand awareness to improve” and “penetration of specific large Accounts (ABM)”. • Lead cross-functional teams, including APAC Sales, Global Marketing & Creative Depts to develop and execute on-time and on-budget: effective marketing campaigns (self-led tasks: Content & assets creation for APAC, LinkedIn organic & paid ads for APAC, emailing, Webinars & Branded Events for APAC, reporting…) or with local partners (translation/localization? Others tba). • Evaluate tasks and campaigns using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers. • Analyze marketing campaign results and make recommendations for future marketing strategies. • Launch products and services campaigns in APAC markets.

Requirements

• Strong track record in B2B Account Based Marketing, Account Based strategy (in Pharma or Medical Device a big plus). • Strong track record in Brand Awareness/Brand adherence & loyalty program. • Content Marketing & Brand Identity: Ability to develop compelling & Customer centric messages & campaigns that resonate with target audiences and avoid product/features-centric marketing but also ensure that all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with the company's brand identity and guidelines. • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support business objectives, drive demand, and increase revenue. • Sales Enablement: Ability to create sales collateral, such as solution sheets, sales presentations, case studies & Sales briefing pre-campaigns to equip sales teams with the tools and knowledge to leverage our Marketing efforts when they engage customers effectively. • Marketing Analytics reporting & internal communication: Ability to measure the success of marketing campaigns using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate product value propositions, marketing strategies, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
