Description

• Creating, maintaining, and adjusting the product-line-level strategy and production schedules • Analyzing market and competition data to develop and design new product’s features based on data from research • Building business cases for new products/services, bringing our products/services to the next level, planning and monitoring implementation, ensuring improvements take place, prioritizing features and capabilities • Supporting as SME the marketing, business development, engineering, and support teams throughout the presale and launch cycles • Tracking product use and impact on end users. • Working closely with CEO, COO and PMO • Helping to present Products and Services, convey their competitiveness and support image of an innovative company externally • Prioritizing company investments into product&services development, building business cases to support those developments that would bring biggest return on investment • Representing as SME the business at trade shows and conferences

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Digital Transformation Manager in Pharma agencies • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet and exceed business objectives • Marketing background is a plus • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Subject matter expertise in a Pharma market, familiar with Digital Content Delivery, Omnichannel campaigns, modular approaches etc.
