• Solid HR experience and expertise in various HR domains (ideally in a dynamic, multinational environment), strong generalist-HR experience providing HR business support • Leadership experience (managing direct reports) and expertise, track record for working with leaders of different levels (Manage Others, Manage Managers, Manage Function) • Sound communication, interpersonal, influencing, coaching skills, ability to enable managers • Successful experience in designing and building HR processes, tools, programmes (in various HR domains) • Experience in implementing changes and transformations, good change management skills • Able to work in an agile, dynamic environment • Able to deal with ambiguity and structure it, find and implement systemic solutions • Highly developed problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting contexts, ability to balance flexibility with focus on delivering final results • Open-minded (willing to personally grow and change for the better), respectful, tolerant, supportive, positive, and diplomatic • Calm, resilient, able to manage own emotions and stay efficient • Ownership, responsibility, and proactivity • Critical and wholistic thinker with a focus on delivering business value • Fluent English • Ukrainian language would be a plus
