📋 Description
• Own and execute the global supply-side lead generation strategy. • Requires a data-driven professional with expertise in lead generation systems and process automation. • Perform hands-on lead generation activities including research, outreach, and pipeline management. • Oversee the global supply lead generation team and provide mentorship and upskilling. • Develop standardized vetting frameworks and continuously improve them in response to regulatory and market changes. • Lead data-driven decision-making by conducting root-cause analysis of pipeline metrics.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows • Ability to manage teams, including full-time staff and contractors, effectively • Self-starter with a problem-solving mentality and a hands-on approach to execution • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment • Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology
