Description
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Workday Financials planning and implementation engagements • Provide advisory and technical leadership to clients • Assist in managing vendors and implementation partners • Collaborate with business analysts, subject matter experts, and development teams • Research and present recommendations on technical issues • Explore and encourage innovation • Identify Best Practices for implementing Workday Financials Purchasing and Procurement modules • Assist in RFP selection of the Workday Financials implementation partner • Manage the Workday and implementation partner team resources
Requirements
• 7+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience/knowledge • Expertise in Purchasing and Procurement modules and processes • Passionate, goal-driven, team-oriented, and outgoing • Able to work effectively in a client-facing environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: BA/BS Degree or equivalent • Preferred: Relevant Workday Financials experience in education (K-12) and/or not-for-profit environments • 4+ years of experience managing, mentoring, and collaborating across multiple teams
