Description

• Ensure seamless coordination of all operational aspects of the e-commerce platform • Oversee end-to-end order management process, inventory control, shipping and logistics, website maintenance, and customer service. • Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure optimal stock availability, timely delivery, and resolve any logistics issues. • Collaborate with IT and web development teams to maintain and update the e-commerce website as needed. • Timely respond to customers' inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. • Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce operations including customer service, or a similar role, preferably in a retail environment. • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and best practices. • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in using e-commerce management software and systems.
