Description

• Develop and execute social media strategies tailored to the Singaporean market. • Manage and curate content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Instagram, etc ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. • Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth. • Design and create engaging marketing materials, including but not limited to graphics, videos, and promotional content. • Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional campaigns. • Localize the marketing materials and tones of language to fit the Singaporean audience. • Foster a vibrant online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and addressing customer inquiries. • Implement strategies to grow the online community and enhance brand loyalty. • Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and e-shop activities. • Provide regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of strategies and recommend improvements. • Create and manage e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. • Collaborate with the IT team to integrate necessary functionalities and features to enhance the e-shop's performance. • Implement and optimize e-commerce strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms and social media accounts. • Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms. • In-depth understanding of the Singaporean market and consumer behavior. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to adapt to changes in the social media landscape and e-commerce trends. • Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in relevant design tools would be a plus.
