• Provide administrative support to the HR department. • Support the recruitment process by conducting administrative tasks and initiating recruitment activities. • Post job advertisements on job boards and ensure compliance with branding guidelines. • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics. • Prepare interview materials and conduct phone interviews. • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and ensure compliance with laws and policies. • Coordinate new hire onboarding process and provide administrative support to HR department.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. • Two years of office experience preferred, with at least one year in human resources highly preferred. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Familiarity with recruitment best practices and knowledge of employment laws. • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations is a plus.
