Description

• Contribute to the Finance team by maintaining billing models and rules • Assist with analysis and reporting, supporting decision-making across the organization • Own entry and maintenance of VitalSource contractual terms into the Oracle financial system • Monitor margins daily for issues and collaborate with sales to correct before invoicing • Verify billing and margin accuracy by auditing terms against contracts and billing data • Troubleshoot system problems, identifying root causes and recommending fixes • Support Finance Manager in creating system requirements for modifications or improvements • Continuously review processes and recommend improvements • Review disputed billings/terms and communicate resolution path to internal customers

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in financial analysis, preferably in SaaS or EdTech • Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with financial reporting tools • Experience with tracking KPI’s, monthly performance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
