Description
• The Customer Product Owner maximizes the product's value by generating customer stories • Collaborate with customers to understand their unique requirements, pain points, and business objectives • Document User Stories that include Acceptance Criteria • Execute hand-off of Designs from our Customer’s Design Team • Work with our internal Engineering and QA team to refine the Solution Requirements Document and User Stories in order to enable them to produce precise estimates • Serve as the point of contact for feature requests • Conduct regular customer interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather feedback and validate product assumptions • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and support documentation
Requirements
• Previous experience as Product Owner in software development • Excellent communication in English and experience in interactions with US customers • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Aha!) • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams on min 2 projects simultaneously • Excellent work ethic, team spirit and interpersonal skills • Understanding of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) • Based in a NATO country
