Description

• Lead a global team in driving projects to completion through creative problem-solving. • Assist in customer-facing discussions, providing informed technical opinions and assessing risks and benefits. • Communicate technical vision and coordinate project execution by specifying tasks. • Perform code reviews and promote clean coding practices.

Requirements

• 8 years of software engineering experience, ideally full-stack with 2+ years in a leadership or mentoring role. • 3 years of recent frontend or full-stack engineering with ReactJS. • Experience with React Native is a plus; • 2 years of backend experience in any backend stack. NestJS experience is a plus; • 2 years of experience with refining user stories and providing estimates for them; • 2 years of experience with technical leadership: leading software engineering teams, creating technical plans and tasks for other team members, ensuring software is implemented and delivered as specified; • Prior experience with building features for enterprise projects/systems; • Fluent with Git (we are power users of Github); • Familiarity with a cloud provider like GCP / AWS / Azure; • You have worked in a team with a formal planning methodology (Scrum or similar) for 3+ years. • You enjoy shipping new features every day; • You are fluent in English (B2/C1); • It's easy to interact with you: you speak your mind, and you communicate clearly; • You ask questions to clarify the requirements; • You are from Romania.
