Description
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate business requirements and develop high-level estimates for AI solution design, development, and deployment. • Analyze project requirements to provide accurate time, cost, and resource estimates for future projects, considering factors like model complexity, data preparation, and integration efforts. • Use historical data, benchmarks, and industry best practices to refine estimation methodologies for AI-related projects. • Break down large initiatives into manageable phases, each with defined deliverables and estimated timelines. • Ensure project estimates are realistic, achievable, and aligned with organizational goals and client expectations. • Communicate risks and assumptions associated with estimates to stakeholders.
Requirements
• Proven experience in providing project estimations for AI-driven solutions, including time, resource, and cost analysis. • Strong understanding of the factors influencing AI project timelines, such as data acquisition, model training cycles, infrastructure requirements, and deployment complexity. • Familiarity with tools and techniques for effort estimation (e.g., Work Breakdown Structures, Function Point Analysis, analogous estimation). • Skills and Competencies: Experience in providing project estimates, including effort, cost, and timeline analysis for technical solutions. • Expertise in machine learning techniques, deep learning models, and algorithm optimization. • Strong understanding of integrating AI models or services into existing systems or workflows. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML PaaS. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
