β’ Vivid is a dynamic fintech company providing innovative solutions to enhance users' financial experience. β’ Manage and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes; β’ Create and manage lists and attributes within the system; β’ Reassign tasks to sales teams as needed; β’ Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for performance tracking; β’ Execute small-scale developments and enhancements; β’ Establish API connections with third-party tools for seamless integration; β’ Oversee and maintain the strategic setup of all Salesforce settings; β’ Collaborate with Sales teams and Direct Sales Leads to improve efficiency; β’ Support the launch of Braze campaigns and other marketing initiatives, connected to SalesForce.
β’ In-depth knowledge of Salesforce objects and how they interrelate β’ Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, IT, or a related field (Masterβs degree is a plus) β’ 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development β’ Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain a holistic view of the system β’ Experience with CRM and campaign platforms such as Braze, MoEngage, or SAS is a plus
