• VivSoft is an emerging technology company specializing in Cloud, Enterprise DevSecOps, AI, and Digital Customer Experience to drive mission-enabling digital transformation. • We build mission-focused, scalable solutions through a diverse team of strategists, engineers, and designers experienced in high-performance software and AI factory accelerators. • We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager / Senior Program Manager with extensive DoD experience to oversee a portfolio of small to mid-sized projects. • The ideal candidate will be accountable for customer satisfaction, P&L, Delivery Excellence, and Operational Excellence while ensuring high-quality work products are delivered on time. • This role requires a strong background in program management, contract and financial management, digital modernization strategies, and technical solution validation.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility. • Proven experience managing a portfolio of DoD projects, including customer engagement, contract oversight, and financial management. • Strong track record in transition management and operational excellence. • Experience in aligning business needs to technical solutions and defining digital modernization strategies. • Experience working with government contracts, financial management, and business growth initiatives. • Ability to travel to customer sites, primarily in San Antonio, as needed.
