These factories deliver AI/ML Applications, Data Science Platforms, Blockchain and Microservices for DoD, Healthcare and Civilian Agencies • Job Summary: • This role involves leading project teams to deliver high-quality IT solutions that enhance the agency's mission of providing efficient services. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with the client's strategic goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Clearance: Ability to obtain a secret clearance as required by the federal government client. • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within IT or government sectors. • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevSecOps practices, and tools such as JIRA or Trello for project tracking. • Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team motivation and engagement. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on project goals.
