β’ This is a remote position. β’ We are seeking a skilled Bid/Proposal Manager to oversee our bid processes and collaborate with internal teams. β’ The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing bids from government tender portals and other bid listings, screening them for suitability, and preparing winning proposals. β’ Key responsibilities include: Source and identify relevant bids from government tender portals and other bid listing platforms. β’ Screen and assess bid opportunities for alignment with our products and services. β’ Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to prepare comprehensive and competitive bids. β’ Ensure all bid documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. β’ Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities. β’ Develop and implement bid strategies to increase win rates.
