• Vizient integrates architects, engineers, third party equipment planners in facilities maintenance and construction projects. • Support ongoing development and integration of suppliers and pricing with client’s design and construction process. • Conduct detailed analyses to generate strategic insight and identify performance improvement opportunities for clients and members. • Manage relationships with stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and ensure quality and timely project delivery. • Collaborate and prepare analysis in accordance to established guidelines or client needs; communicate outcomes back to audiences. • Prepare RFPs, bid analysis and cost review for client engagements.
• Relevant degree in architecture/construction management/engineering/business administration/healthcare related fields strongly preferred. • 2 years minimum of relevant work experience required in design, engineering, or construction. • Experience in architectural/engineering/construction/medical equipment procurement and logistics required. • Proficiency in reading construction drawings, specifications, and submittals preferred. • Proficient in the use of project management principles, practices, techniques and tools. • Solid understanding of blueprints and plan interpretation. • Proficient in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations; basic experience with Power BI preferred. • Consulting and/or analytical experience in healthcare preferred. • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills required. • Understanding of procurement practices and technology a plus. • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
