• Voicemod is looking for an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Manager. • Lead our influencer initiatives and expand our brand’s presence through strategic partnerships. • Build, manage, and optimize relationships with influencers across multiple platforms. • Shape and execute influencer strategies that support Voicemod’s brand objectives and marketing goals. • Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns — from ideation to execution and performance analysis. • The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with deep knowledge of influencer marketing trends.
Requirements
• Experience: 4-6 years in influencer marketing, ideally within tech, gaming, or social media spaces. • Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Twitch, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of creator strategies and platform-specific trends. • Strong Communication & Relationship Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build, manage, and maintain partnerships with influencers and agencies. • Negotiation & Attention to Detail: Skilled in contract negotiations with agents and influencers, with a sharp eye for detail. • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze influencer campaign performance and use data to drive strategy adjustments. • Creativity & Initiative: Proactive in generating unique influencer ideas, with a problem-solving approach to achieve engagement goals. • Project Management: Proven ability to juggle multiple campaigns, track milestones, and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Industry Insight: Knowledgeable about the influencer ecosystem, emerging trends, and best practices for influencer marketing in the gaming and tech industries. • English Proficiency: Native or fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
