• Support clients as a trusted expert advisor on workplace culture. • Administer, analyse and report on workplace surveys including engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit, diversity, leadership 360, and client service quality surveys. • Manage existing client accounts and support sales to new clients. • Participate in internal product development. • Receive coaching from a senior consultant for personal and professional development.
• Interest in improving workplace engagement, wellbeing and performance. • Aptitude for working with technology systems and data. • Customer service skills in understanding client needs and providing expert advice. • Strong written and verbal communication skills and English fluency. • Excellent time management with ability to prioritise tasks. • Attention to detail demonstrated in cover letter. • Ability to research and solve problems independently. • Skills in communicating and coordinating as part of a close team. • Relevant work experience with a degree in Psychology, Business or closely related discipline. • Intention to stay in the role for at least 3 years. • Playfulness and a willingness to not take yourself too seriously. • Capacity for a full-time role. • Willingness to travel to clients and office for meetings. • Australian citizenship, residency or clear pathway to residency.
