Description
• Discover and analyze existing business processes, advise on best practices • Produce accurate and timely professional services implementation estimates and SOWs • Work with customers to identify roadmaps to successful IAM programs and maximize the value they get out of the Bravura Security Fabric • Plan and document implementation phases on developed roadmaps • Advise project teams to ensure and enable implementation of project designs • Codify business processes (as script logic or on-screen policies) • Implement integrations with pre-existing systems and applications • Map data between systems and automate data flows • Modify HTML+CSS+JS user interfaces as needed • Facilitate effective and continual knowledge transfer from the field, back to engineering and senior leadership • Maintain knowledge of product capabilities, features, and improvements as new product versions are continually released • Discuss, refine, and document best practice documentation for implementation teams • Identify opportunities to generalize and re-use common implementation patterns, and promote the expansion of the internal professional services community code repository • Utilize expertise and deep familiarity with the Bravura Security Fabric to maintain a 50% billable utilization rate, contributing to professional services revenue generation goals • Contribute to the development of training materials and certification courses • Contribute to marketing content initiatives by reviewing copy and providing requested technical content • Assist the presales process by occasionally contributing technical expertise to RFP/RFI responses

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies • Drive towards customer satisfaction • Excellent time management skills allowing to: • Identify potential issues with project delivery earlier in the process • Learn from past experiences and come up with new strategies of managing and delivering projects more efficiently • Prioritize tasks and activities based on a variety of external and internal factors • Experience with Cloud technologies like Azure/Google Cloud/AWS • Experience with Object-Oriented Programming • Experience with SIEM systems such as Splunk or ELK stack
