• As an important member of our Origination team, you will drive our acquisition activities by sourcing acquisitions of vertical-market-software companies by: • Creatively identifying vertical market software businesses meeting our strategic criteria • Maintaining and building a proprietary database of industry contacts • Developing and conducting prospecting campaigns through email, and outbound calling • Engage in meaningful dialogue with C-Suite Executives, financial advisors, investment bankers, and private equity firms while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism • Working in a team environment with Senior Business Development Associate and M&A Execution to ensure the smooth transition to the later stages of the process as appropriate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English mandatory • Excellent academic performance in an Undergraduate Business degree • Preference given to those candidates with the following: 5 or more years of experience working in sales, consultancy, or professional services at a software company, broker firm, or M&A Boutique • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM beneficial • Self-motivated, hands-on attitude with a sense of urgency towards driving sales and marketing lead volumes to generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills
